It looks ok in the picture, but with the matte silver finish, the wooden balls on the ends of the hooks are far too light and a bit big, giving it the appearance of a toddler's toy. The quality was less than I would expect however; the wood was light weight and cheap, and actualy cracked a bit from pounding in one of the wooden pegs to hold the bottom in. Holes were slightly mis-aligned and it took a bit of pushing and bending to get the pieces to fit squarely. Although we were gentle and patient, the wood kept splitting and snapping. The cam locks kept disconnecting because the wood was cracking. There's a free replacement part sheet we're going to try and use, but maybe if they had spent a little more money on higher quality parts and pieces, this would've been a better product. I would not buy one if I had to do it over again. Very cheap product for not a cheap price. Very sturdy. Surprisingly heavy. Finish isn't that great but that's very minor. No tools needed for assembly. I put the shorter pegs on top and is great for hats. Very pleased and may buy another for home. I contacted the company's live chat. The live chat person was extremely nice but I had to describe the parts even though they were identified on an assembly sheet.
