They can't fulfill an order correctly; I orderd cherry but they sent natural.Although this rack looks like some of the other more pricey ones, it is definitely not the same. My sibling has a very nice one that looks like this one so I thought I found a bargain; I was wrong. Despite description, the coat rack is mostly plastic. The hangers are plastic and the shaft is plastic. I think the only metal parts are the screws, the bolt, and the headless screws that connect the shafts. The base is hefty but it looks like some kind of manufactured stone, ie, it doesn't look like it's a single piece of stone. I could be wrong about the materials; they could be using some new alloys that just feel like plastic.
