Item came late, but the seller informed me it was on backorder and offered me a discount if I wanted to wait for it. My inquiry was promptly addressed. The product is just what I wanted and the quality is very good, it is very sturdy and the black finish doesn't scrape off. I like the way the arms have lower "branches" for my kids to reach.
