 Not Amazon's fault...but, This review is from: Matt Brown Coat Rack by Coaster This product does not come from Amazon, but rather an outside company called, "Home and Living". This product took 20 days to be delivered to me!!!! When it arrived it took me about 10 minutes alone to actually free it from the tape and packaging. After all the packaging I would have never thought the product could be damaged...but unfortunately it was. The legs were severely bent to the point that the coat rack could hardly stand up! Also, the matte brown finish had chipped off where the legs were bent. I have contacted the company several times...Home and Living because Amazon cannot help with this...and still, no response. I am terribbly frustrated and have requested a new coat rack shipped promptly or a complete refund in which Home and Living pays for the shipping of the product back to them. I think both options are fair, but I have heard no reply from the company. I don't think I will ever purchase a product from this outside company again, and am determined to force... Read more  Uneven legs fixed; works great, By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Matt Brown Coat Rack by Coaster This is a great product. After putting it together, the legs were uneven. I just added a little cap that I normally use on my chairs from keeping the chairs from scratching my floors. It worked great. It is all even and does not rock. My son put his heavy backpack on it and it seems to hold it. But it holds jackets and coats very well. The bottom is great to hold umbrellas. |
